Achieve a ‘Basic’ level (TOSA score of 351 to 550 points), ‘Operational’ level (TOSA score of 551 to 725 points), Advanced (TOSA score of 726 to 875 points), or Expert (TOSA score of 876 to 1,000 points) to use word processing software in an organised and efficient manner.
