To master the culinary techniques required to prepare a meal for home delivery and to know, understand and apply the hygiene rules relating to the transport of foodstuffs in the context of home delivery, while including its practices in sustainable development.
The skills to be acquired are as follows:
- Prepare meal trays
- Implement food hygiene
- Manage the organisation of their round for home delivery of meals and adopt responsible conduct
- Acquire and apply basic hygiene and safety rules,
- Develop a service posture with "customers"
- Gestures and postures
- SST
The meal preparer and delivery person can work in Human Services structures but also in other structures.
The training path is organised around 8 modules (140 h):

Education Nationale certified teachers, Bac +3 trainers with significant experience in adult training, professional speakers.
