Discovery of the construction and building trades: the current construction context, the challenges of energy and eco-construction.

Presentation of the different types of existing buildings, rehabilitation methods, local players in the building and public works trades.

Module 1: CROSS-CUTTING SKILLS
Professional context of construction: adapting to working conditions, timetables, instructions, regulatory constraints, teamwork, hierarchical relations, social and behavioural skills to be mobilised. Citizenship will be addressed across the board.

Prevention of occupational risks and safety at work: awareness of the risks inherent in each trade and the measures to be taken to limit these risks

Communication, mathematics, information technology

Job search techniques applied to the building and construction trades

Reading plans adapted to each trade

Module 2: GROS OEUVRE
Masonry /Reinforced concrete /Facade /Roofing

Module 3: SECOND WORK
Plumbing: setting up a hot water, cold water installation
Electricity: Wiring - Ducts and conduits

Module 4: FINISHINGS
Coverings /Floors /Painting

Certification of prior learning

Maximum total duration of 400 hours
