At the INTERIMM learning company, you learn to work together on projects in a spirit of mutual support, and to adapt to the codes of the professional world by joining a dynamic and supportive learning company!
This scheme takes place in a completely innovative context: a learning company, created with the contribution of the trainees who join it during training.
The focus is on communication (oral and written, digital or paper), organising tasks and resolving professional situations. Autonomy and teamwork are developed on a daily basis, so that everyone can support their "colleagues" through workshops dedicated to:
- discovering job market opportunities, careers
- mock job interviews, projects to promote their profile/assets (original CVs, videos......)
- the use of information and communication technologies (using modern media, on the internet, on social networks...)
- the organisation of trips and events,
- the improvement of tools and practices...
We get to know each other better in a new context. We take part in role-playing exercises as close as possible to real-life situations, but during which we can hesitate, test several solutions, discover their impact, and thus learn with confidence.
