The aim of this course is to provide an initial level of basic knowledge in the fields of reception, assistance and 1st level advice, basic training in basic office software and level 1 Beginner English.
It enables students to acquire the knowledge they need to be able to access training leading to a qualification, such as the BAC PRO Services Accueil / Assistance conseil, which enables them to take up a position as a receptionist. (Subject to an interview with the educational team).
The general aim of this course is above all to raise awareness of the behaviour and skills expected when taking up a position in this field.

All people aged between 16 and 25 primarily but adults are also targeted. People with a low level of qualification expressing a professional project in the reception/service/counselling sector in the broadest sense but who do not have the prerequisites to join a training course leading to a qualification such as a vocational baccalaureate in business or a vocational baccalaureate in reception services.

Trainers with at least 3 years' higher education and significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers.
