To give the jobseekers concerned an advanced command of the necessary digital tools and functionalities:

- to organise their digital workspace

- to organise and effectively search for information and communicate on the net

- to clearly and expertly read and formalise analytical information documents reporting on an activity, a project, quantified and compared results, balance sheets, ...

- the construction and successful formalisation of written communication documents required for the exchange of professional information by post or e-mail

- the organisation, management (time and rhythm) and archiving of electronic communication (individual communication, communication for a department or professional group)

- multimedia presentation of an activity or project using POWERPOINT

At the end of the course, an "operational" to "advanced" level (TOSA score between 650 and 875) is expected in each of the software packages used: WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK and DIGCOMP digital navigation and information search skills

Integration period: reception, training objectives, learning times and methods, the learner's role, types of activities, expected participation, administrative procedures, resources (equipment, HR, individual career paths.


Module 1 - NETWORKS and WEB COMMUNICATION : evaluating transfer rates, choosing an Internet service provider according to speed (upload - download), configuring browsers, managing favourites, downloading all kinds of files, advanced search engine criteria, entering a website efficiently, securing your PC, browsing and sites.

Module 2 - WORD : tabs and their functions, saving in different formats, running recorded macros, applying all types, activating themes and style sets, modifying styles, mailing, outline mode, tables of contents, indexes, templates, designing forms, multi-column text, inserting images, graphic objects, sections, constructing elaborate tables, calculations.

Module 3 - EXCEL - the different display modes, ribbons and panes, electronic signature, executing recorded macros, advanced calculations, multi-sheets, multi-files, calculations in a database, conditional formatting with formulas, mastering the "table" function, multi-criteria sorts, elaborate filters, consolidation, advanced graphical analysis, chart formatting, modifying and creating a pivot table, consolidating multiple sheets and workbooks, advanced graphical analysis, chart formatting.

Module 4 - POWERPOINT - elaborate and interactive presentations incorporating personalised navigation

Module 7 - OUTLOOK - communicating effectively and getting organised : set up and automate your mail management, organise your diary, manage your tasks, plan a meeting with your colleagues, synchronise Outlook and your PDA
