The configuration of assessment tests by target profession or on objectives agreed with the trainee leads to individualised pathways, supported by prescriptions for activities offered in addition and free of charge in open and distance learning.
These training courses target the optimisation of performance focused on TOSA certification. They are part of a targeted recruitment perspective.
The CPF can be mobilised for each of the software packages in the Pack Office suite.
Tailored to your needs, the course content covers all the levels and all the office automation modules offered in the GRETANET catalogue (details and content to be consulted on the ad hoc sheets):
- EXCEL: achieve a basic / operational / advanced / expert level (TOSA certification)
- WORD: achieve a basic / operational / advanced / expert level (TOSA certification)
- POWERPOINT : achieve an operational / advanced level (TOSA certification)
- ACCESS: achieve an operational / expert level (TOSA certification)
- OUTLOOK: achieve a basic / operational / advanced / expert level (TOSA certification)
The course will include a minimum of two TOSA assessments offered at the beginning and end of the course on each of the software packages chosen. The results and progress will be analysed
Certification preparation activities for each of the software packages in the Office suite will also be offered.

The placement test and interview enable the format and objectives of the course to be adapted to each candidate profile.
No starting level is therefore required, other than a fairly good command of the French language in both written and spoken form.
