Acquire the basic aesthetic techniques needed to perform a slimming massage and use a pressotherapy device in a non-therapeutic setting.

On completion of the course, the trainee will be able to:

Understand the basic principles of circulation and drainage
Identify the main contraindications
Carry out a simple manual aesthetic slimming protocol
Use a pressotherapy device in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations
Inform the model of the precautions to be observed

Perform a morphological and tissue diagnosis

Adapt a personalised slimming massage protocol

Master the slimming boot technique (pressotherapy)

Presentation of objectives and targeted skills
