This training course provides managers with the practical means to meet this challenge:
- Understand the ways in which intergenerational relations operate and the issues involved;
- Analyse the benchmarks of new generations, Compare them with the expectations of previous generations.
- Reconciling employees' aspirations and company objectives.
- Identifying the factors that attract the new generations: HR marketing
- Managing the different generations, taking account of their specific characteristics, day-to-day levers for action to achieve the expected results.
- Retaining the new generations: action plan
This is a historic event, the first time that 4 generations have coexisted in the working population. The new generations entering the workforce (Y, Z) have a radically different relationship to the world of work from the previous generations with whom they cohabit (X, Baby Boomers): a horizontal relationship to hierarchy, conditional involvement at work, work-life balance at the heart of negotiations, nomadic careers... sociologists are announcing that they are bringing about the 3rd industrial revolution.
In anticipation of the mass retirement of the Baby Boomers, private and public organisations need to succeed in attracting, managing and retaining these new generations, and to do this they need to get to know their expectations, ways of working, strengths and difficulties so that they can adapt their working methods and organisation.
The successful operational and human integration of the new generations is one of the major challenges for the sustainable performance of the company.
