Understand and express themselves orally.

Read and complete in writing documents useful at the workstation.

Calculate quantities and durations.

To find one's bearings in space and time.

Use numeric keyboards and a mobile phone.

Use the professional lexicon and technological reasoning related to the implementation of prescribed operating procedures.

Adopt the attitudes and behaviours required for customer service and teamwork.

Co-operate and communicate with people from cultures different from one's own.

Observe the results of one's work, the nature of a coating or soiling, postures or gestures that ensure health at work.

Anticipate, a risk with regard to rules linked to safety, quality, hygiene and the environment.

Acquisition of general and applied knowledge, contextualised to the main areas of professional activity: Organisation of the site and the service. Carrying out the work. Controlling the work. Safety, quality, hygiene, site environment. Relations with the customer, the manager and colleagues in the team.

All the essential knowledge is developed from a cross-disciplinary perspective, so as to guarantee the transferability of this knowledge. An analysis of workstations and sites, carried out prior to the training, will help to determine the professional situations familiar to the people to be trained.
