DAY 1

Morning : Welcoming and facilitating the integration of the apprentice/alternate/tutor

- Preparing for the apprentice/alternate's arrival at the company

- Welcoming the apprentice/alternate on his/her arrival at the company

- Facilitating the integration of the apprentice/alternate during the trial period

Afternoon : Participating in the transmission of know-how and assessing learning

- Using work situations to develop learning

- Guiding the apprentice/trainee's reflection on their professional and learning activities

- Assessing learning achievements in work situations

DAY 2

Morning : Supporting the development of apprenticeships and professional autonomy

- Monitoring the course with the training centre / Organising the course within the company

Afternoon :

- Accompanying the apprentice/alternate/mentee on their learning path according to their learning and communication profile

- Taking into account the specificities of the younger generations

DAY 3 :

Morning : Preparing the dossier and preparing for the oral

Afternoon : Habilitation (jury)
