At the end of the course, the candidate will be able to:

  • Define a methodology for gathering and processing information suited to the company and the field of monitoring defined
  • Use organisational management and process management tools
  • Know the various financial constraints : from managing financial balances to analysing investment and financing operations
  • Arrend an investment plan, evaluate an expense plan, define turnover and profit targets.
  • Analysing the market and formalising a marketing strategy
  • Designing and implementing a sales and communication action plan
  • Preparing and conducting a sales meeting or negotiation and mastering the main legal aspects of contracts
  • Identifying the contribution of HRM to the company's overall performance
  • Mobilising the skills needed to manage a project, Identify the specific areas of intervention for managers in the management of their staff
  • Know how to use the main tools available for managing staff, define training needs and implement a skills improvement plan.

Maximum total duration of 1607 hours, including 1005 hours in a company and 602 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

  • Have at least a Bac+2 (level 5) in management, business or outside the field (with a study of the application)
  • Access possible for people at levels 3 and 4 with significant experience, after a Validation of Higher Education (VES) or a Validation of Professional and Personal Acquired Experience (VAPP)
  • Diploma open to Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE)
