Module 1: Site organisation - Identify the specific features of the site - Technically prepare the site
Module 2: CACES PEMP Apply the rules for the safe use of PEMPs -Use type 1 PEMPs safely -Use type 3 PEMPs safely - Theoretical and practical assessments in order to obtain the CACES PEMP types 1 and 3
Module 3: Professional techniques Carrying out manual maintenance techniques -Using products and equipment: handling, labelling - Applying window cleaning and frame maintenance techniques Carrying out work at height using mobile platforms, scaffolding, aerial platforms, ropes and ladders. Checking results against specifications, applying the quality approach Carrying out self-checks: assessment and implementation criteria Monitoring work carried out
Module 4: Compliance with health and safety rules on work sites - Applying health and safety rules - Applying movements and postures appropriate to cleaning services - Assessing the main risks involved in working at height: prevention
Module 5: Customer relations and service attitudes Applying service attitudes: presentation, behaviourMaintain good relations with customers, superiors and colleagues: communication, useful information - Handle customer complaints and claims at your own level
Module 6: Electrical H0 - BS BE Manoeuvres (requirement linked to working at height near power lines, signs)
Module 7: Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders and ergonomic approach to workstations

Maximum total duration of 203 hours, including 35 hours on the job and 168 hours at the training centre.

Successful career path :
After several interim assignments and part-time work in sales, Mrs Toukam was able to acquire skills after the training that are linked to the trade and that provide professional techniques, time saving, organisation, mastery of the trade, and other skills that companies want today. To date, Ms Toukam has become site manager and is responsible for organising and managing 3 people.
