The training consists of several modules:
Quality of Life and Working Conditions
- Understanding the concepts of QWL: Defining Quality of Life and Working Conditions and understanding their impact on performance and well-being at work.
- Assessing QWL: Learn how to assess QWL within an organisation using appropriate tools and methods.
- Improving QWL: Developing strategies to improve QWL, particularly in terms of work/life balance, well-being at work and working conditions.
- Implement well-being initiatives : Design and implement initiatives to improve employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Create a healthy working environment : Promote a healthy and safe working environment, fostering employee productivity and well-being.
Non-discrimination
- Raising awareness of the concepts of discrimination: Understanding the concepts of prejudice, stereotypes and discrimination.
- Identifying discrimination criteria: Knowing and recognising the 25 discrimination criteria identified by law.
- Preventing and combating discrimination : Learn how to implement actions to prevent and combat discrimination in the workplace.
Diversity and equality in the workplace
- Promoting equality and diversity : Develop strategies to promote equality and diversity within the organisation.
- Preventing sexist and sexual violence
Awareness of legal and regulatory provisions
Occupational risks (hygiene, health, safety...)
- Identifying occupational risks: Recognising and assessing the different types of occupational risks in various work environments.
- Understanding health and safety standards : Know the standards and regulations relating to health and safety at work.
- Implement preventive measures : Develop action plans to prevent occupational risks and ensure a safe working environment.
