Integration period:

Welcome, presentation of training objectives, knowledge of the professional environment, awareness of sustainable development, adaptation of the training pathway

TASK 1: "Making basic culinary preparations"

MODULE 2: "Producing fresh pastries and homemade desserts"

MODULE 3: "Understanding the importance of hospitality in a restaurant"

MODULE 4: "Introduction to sommellerie"

MODULE 5: "Specific training in food hygiene adapted to the activity of commercial catering establishments"


Assessment phases:7 hours

ADDITIONALMODULES

TRAINEES are offered up to a maximum of : 62 h

PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT: A SPACE FOR INDIVIDUALISATION: offered up to a maximum of 29 h

ARE: 21 hours

Company work placement - FESTE: 140 h

Maximum total duration of 421 hours, including 140 hours in a company and 281 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.
