This course is designed to train people to become managers of small hotel or tourist establishments as part of a business start-up or takeover project, or professionals in the sector wishing to move into management, accounting management or executive positions

The success of the project will be enhanced by the combination of a commercial approach and the ability to use communication tools

Job search and access techniques


  • Certification of prior learning

Total maximum duration of 350 hours, including 105 hours in a company and 245 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

  • All audiences

This training is intended for jobseekers, young people or adults, who have validated with their CEP a project to create or take over a business in the HR sector, or tourist establishment, or sales manager(e), or service manager 

The candidate should be able to justify experience in the field of customer relations, hotels or catering

- Fluency in English,

- Justify a level IV training or have 3 years experience in the hotel or catering sector

Access to the following professions: The professional environment targeted is the hotel and catering sector and holiday structures of the gîte or bed and breakfast type on the coast. It is aimed at the middle and highlands in order to facilitate access to this training for all the public in these areas and promote access to the following jobs: (M/F) Manager, director, sales representative in the HCR sector or tourist establishment
