Be able to organise a shutdown, restart or initialisation procedure in compliance with safety rules.
Be able to implement the various start-up and shutdown modes on a pneumatic or electropneumatic system.

Study of the GEMMA
The different modes of operation (single-cycle production operation, repeated-cycle operation, adjustment operation, etc.)
The different stopping modes (normal stopping or end-of-cycle stopping, non-emergency stopping during the cycle, emergency stopping)
The corresponding technological solutions (wired solutions for all-pneumatic systems using a PLC).
