The aim is for trainees to develop skills in terms of interactive communication (understanding, expressing themselves, reading and writing in French in a social and professional context) and to prepare for successful social and professional integration, rooted in French cultural realities : French and regional social and societal rules, stereotypes, family relations, the world of work, the world of associations, humour, leisure activities...

COMPREHENSIVE EXCHANGES IN FRENCH

Analysis of long speeches and arguments (films, news reports, debates between professionals), specific, professional and technical vocabulary, techniques for fine analysis of information, spotting levels of language, pictorial expressions, phonetics, interpretation of innuendo and nuance, regional accents.

COMPREHENSIVE WRITTEN FRENCH

COMMUNICATE ORALLY IN FRENCH

Description, expression of feelings and nuanced arguments, cause-consequence connectors, propositions refusal acceptance, subordinate acts (justify, hesitate, defer) - Suggestions, advice, speech acts relating to the debate (interrupt, take the floor, refuse someone the floor, refute, concede, illustrate, clarify), hypotheses, temporal markers, expressions of cause consequence concession opposition.

COMMUNICATE IN FRENCH IN WRITING

Codes of long writing and text genres (criticism, essay), codes of long and complex narration, introduction and announcement of plan, construction of arguments.

Non-French speaking students at B1 level (independent user able to clearly present their background and plans) wishing to reach an advanced or even experienced level (autonomous, technical and spontaneous). Jobseekers with a lower level of fluency may be referred to a short or even reinforced FLE.

Positioning and individual interviews prior to entry to the course.

Interviews and remedial work with the educational coordinator during the course are possible. Our site coordination centre, offers you a close listening ear and help with training-related procedures when you need it.

Beneficiaries' satisfaction is taken into account during and at the end of the training course, through special moments and specific documents to be filled in.

Trainers with qualifications in French as a Foreign Language, able to provide training from level B1 to level C1, experienced in individualised learning. Trainers familiar with Job Search Techniques (TRE) for the few hours indicated in the specifications. Trainers with a strong commitment to their trainees, taking into account the needs of each individual. The planned organisation of a team of 2 main trainers per session, promotes the right learning context, and participates in a "reassuring" space to increase their knowledge.

Most of the trainers have been working for GRETA CFA for several years.

All our instructors' CVs are validated by the Direction Régionale de France Travail, prior to each training session.

Positioning on entry. Assessment during and at the end of the course. You leave the course with your level identified in the 4 language skills. A document summarising your training will be given to you at the end of the course, including a grid identifying your progress in French. 

You will give us your opinion on our training throughout it, through moments set aside for this purpose, and specific documents on that. Also for the evaluation of this training GRETA CFA: in order to improve the quality of our service, you can, using the form available on the site  forpro-paca.com, let us know your complaints and suggestions. 

Register on "KAIROS", with the help of your France Travail advisor,  for a collective information session (ICOP) which will take place on our premises: tests and interview to ensure that this training is the right choice for you. If this is not the case, you will be referred to your Pole Emploi advisor, who will be able to make specific recommendations that are more relevant to your training needs.
