Professional training - Discovering digital professions

The aim of this training course is to enable participants to specify their career plans in the life and management of organisations in the digital professions sector:

• By identifying the characteristics of the professional environment and possible jobs in the sector;
• By identifying their personal assets and/or training needs;
• By being in contact with professionals, whether during talks and testimonials at the training centre, during visits to companies or during in-company training periods.

The course consists of 5 modules supplemented by a period in a company:

• Integration period. Welcome, presentation of the training objectives, familiarisation with the professional environment, awareness of sustainable development, commitment to the training course (1 week);
• Discovering professional worlds, types of jobs and employers in the local economic fabric (1 week) ;
• Knowing the skills and know-how required in digital professions (1 week);
• Identifying personal resources and skills that can be mobilised for digital professions (1 week);
• Developing the basic skills needed to succeed in one's training and/or employment project (1 week).
  
  
• Period in a company (2 weeks);
• Capitalise on your experience in a company, prepare for the next stage of your journey towards employment or training (1 week).

• All audiences

Jobseekers, aged 16 and over, with priority given to those with no qualifications or whose qualifications are obsolete and who have the prerequisites for access to this type of training action, i.e.: showing an interest in the sector identified; being able to read, write and count.

Positioning upstream of training entry.

For beneficiaries with disabilities: possible adaptation of training and certification arrangements, support from the TH referent.

Trainers with 3 years' higher education and significant experience in adult training, professional lecturers.

Present yourself with the liaison form from the prescriber (Mission locale, Pôle emploi...).

This training can be a prerequisite for embarking on a subsequent training course leading to a qualification (web professions, programming development, communication/web marketing, etc.)
