The training is organised along an online distance learning path mobilising a range of professional skills.

The training is broken down into 10 distance learning modules lasting a total of 14H.

• Getting to know the framework of the action (2H30).
• Preparing for the arrival at the company (1H30).
• Welcoming the mentee on arrival at the company (1H15).
• Easuring integration during the trial period (1h10).
• Monitoring the course with the training centre (1 hour).
• Organising the course within the company (1 hour).
• Accompanying the apprentice throughout the learning process (1 hour 40 minutes).
• Use work situations to develop learning (1h25).
• Guide the mentee's reflection on his/her professional activities (1h30).
• Assess learning outcomes in a work situation (1h).

Teaching methods

Each trainee follows a distance learning programme on a learning platform. Training rights are opened on an individual basis, accessible via a password, for a period of 4 weeks. It is possible to extend the rights if it has not been possible to complete the course within this period.

Educational resources

The learner is provided with educational, methodological and technical support on how the course works and the portal's functionalities by means of educational and technical coaches who make up the tutorial unit.

The tutorial unit monitors the progress of the training course, corrects the teaching activities and responds to requests.

The coaches validate the prescribed parts and the assessment quizzes.

Implementation methods

The learner can complete the course on a tablet or computer, via an internet connection, at work or at home. The learner can freely access the portal, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
