- Continuous multi-stage counter-current extraction (L - L counter-current extraction column).
- Applications - Practical exercises.

SOLID - LIQUID EXTRACTION
- Principle of "solid - liquid "extraction
- Partition coefficient.
- Study of the operational functioning of a "solid - liquid" extraction.

- General principle of "liquid-liquid" extraction and "solid-liquid" extraction - Notion of pure body, homogeneous mixture, solubility, variance - Exchanger technology.
- Decantation, immiscibility - "liquid-liquid" equilibrium - Representation of a simple control loop - Interpolation calculations.
- Heat balance and material balance - Notion of theoretical tray - MAC CABE and THIELE construction principle
