A service which, by its very nature, includes individual follow-up, which is its raison d'être. Interview to analyse the person's needs. Validation of entry into the scheme by the commission - Start of the support programme. Personalised service - Individual support.

A career advisor who listens sympathetically and constructively. Also a trainer in French as a Foreign Language, experienced in one-to-one support, with knowledge of the services that can be advised to candidates and integrated into stages of this scheme (diploma translation, FRELLO, training in French as a Foreign Language, VAE, TRE.... workshop), trained in the specific tools of this scheme.

No assessment or certification. Success is the positive outcome of this support for the candidate: entry into training, VAE, employment.
