EXCEL - TOSA certification

• Achieve an Initial (TOSA from 1 to 350 points), Basic (TOSA from 351 to 550 points ), Operational (TOSA from 551 to 725 points), Advanced (TOSA from 726 to 875 points), or Expert (TOSA from 876 to 1000 points) level in order to manage transversal professional tasks related to administration, organisation, communication and project management functions in an organised and efficient manner.

Environment management

• NI: Getting to know a document and keeping it in good condition using the basic features.
• NB: Modifying a workbook and adapting the sheets to the structure of the data to be processed.
• NO: Use special pasting and advanced save/print options to make it easier to share large data.
• NA: Manage the File tab and the history of recent documents with an adapted display. Automate tasks with simple macros and automated series.
• NE: Set up Excel via the advanced functions in backstage mode and the toolbar. Import, modify and export data, applying the necessary protections and revisions.

Calculations

• NI: Enter simple formulae and the four basic operations.
• NB: Integrate arithmetic and logic functions into well-constructed formulae.
• NO: Develop long formulae to perform elementary statistical calculations.
• NA: Exploit the library of advanced functions for complex calculations, text and dates.
• NE: Check the accuracy of formulae and use matrix, financial and advanced functions to refine data analysis.

Formatting

• NI: Select a suitable graph to represent the data.
• NB : Apply relevant formatting to facilitate reading.
• NO : Create and style a table with graphical objects for better interpretation.
• NA: Automate conditional formatting and organise graphical objects to optimise readability.
• NE: Present data in outline form to group or dissociate subsets and create forms for an optimised user interface.
