Events: Creating, promoting and showcasing an event (Hotel, Café, Restaurant)

At the end of the 14-hour face-to-face training course, participants will be able to promote their events, menus and services using various media (social media, the internet, the press, radio, etc.).

DAY 1 Understanding the key elements of multi-channel communication

• Designing an attractive event
• Identifying suitable promotional media
• Developing a multi-channel promotional plan
• Creating engaging content to promote the event

DAY 2 Boosting the profile of your events: media relations and impact measurement

• Maximising the event’s visibility and impact at every stage
• Measuring ROI and capitalising on the benefits
• Managing press and media relations
• Each participant has drawn up their own operational action plan to promote their events, menus and services using various media (social media, the internet, the press, radio, etc.)

The course combines face-to-face and distance learning. Learning takes place through a mix of sessions at the centre, virtual classes, online resources and regular support from the trainer.
