To apply floor techniques: tidying up rooms (untouched or recoated), washrooms, restocking reception products and linen, checking the condition of equipment and reporting anomalies
- Applying the most common cleaning techniques, correctly using and storing cleaning products, checking that equipment is working properly
- Checking the condition of linen and preparing for it to be sent to the laundry
- Serving breakfast in the dining room: setting up the dining room, welcoming customers, supplying food during the service, clearing away tables and dishes
- Serving breakfast in the room: preparing and checking that trays comply with the order (content, timetable), clearing away trays.
- Applying the rules of hospitality, communication and behaviour: applying the rules of good manners, communicating accurately and courteously, complying with instructions and service charts
- Complying with health and safety instructions.
