Focus 1: Legal and tax expertise
UE 1 - Legal, tax and social management: This takes an in-depth look at the legal, tax and social aspects essential to managing a business.It focuses on the company and its environment; its development; its financing; its different forms; its perpetuation
Focus 2: Finance and Control
UE 2 - Finance: It focuses on advanced financial techniques and cash management.Value and Time; In-depth Financial Diagnosis; Company Valuation; Investment and Financing; Treasury; Financial Engineering.
UE 3 - Management and Management Control: This unit deals with the tools for steering and evaluating the performance of organisations. It develops management techniques, skills management, strategy and management control, sustainable development and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). It covers the following topics: the evolution of organisational models; change management; the positioning of management control and the identification of the profession; sources of information, strategy and management control.
EU 4 - Accounting and Auditing: this covers international accounting standards and auditing techniques. It defines accounting information, financial management, mergers, the taxation of groups of companies, in-depth accounting, tax consolidation, internal control and auditing.
Engine 3: Information Systems and Management
Engine 5 - Information Systems Management: This unit explores the governance and security of information systems. It specifies the digital and technical treatment of the business, computer-assisted auditing, information systems project management, integrated management software packages, IT performance management and IT systems security. UE 6 -Production of a rigorous presentation in French and English on a major contemporary debate: This aims to develop language skills in an international professional context. Organisation and regulation of the economy, Growth, Technological change, Employment, Spatial, social and environmental imbalances, Market and non-market economy, Social protection and solidarity.
Focus 4: Research and professional development
UE 7 - Professional dissertation: writing and defending a dissertation based on practical experience (60 hours + 12-week work placement) Information and Communication; presentation of technical and professional documents

Continue your studies in the field such as at doctoral level with the DEC ( Diplôme d'expertise comptable) 3 years after the DSCG.
Opt for immediate professional integration after graduation. The DSCG prepares students for the various professions in accounting, management, corporate finance, management control and human resources within different types of organisations (companies, associations, public authorities, etc.). Graduates may apply for positions such as junior auditor, chief accountant, project manager, administrative and financial director, management controller, treasury manager or accounting manager.
