Modules specific to the "Maître(sse) de Maison" training course : 77 hours
-Role and function of the housekeeper; -Receiving users and group life; -Leading an activity, organising an event for users; -Maintenance and hygiene of premises and linen; -Stock management and purchasing; -Safety of people and property - Health and safety at work (SST certificate); -Food hygiene/HACCP (HACCP certificate); -Design menus to suit tastes and diets.
Certification: Attestation de qualification aux fonctions de "Maître(sse) de Maison" issued by the CPNE de la Branche sanitaire, sociale et médico sociale.
