Upon completion of the 14-hour face-to-face training course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the challenges of digital visibility and make effective use of the various communication channels
- Define a digital communication strategy tailored to their objectives
Learners will be required to identify the key drivers of online visibility, understand the behaviour and expectations of internet users across different platforms, analyse their organisation’s current digital presence, and discover monitoring and analysis tools to track brand awareness and measure the performance of online visibility.
They will also clarify communication objectives, identify target audiences and adapt the tone, messages and media to their expectations.
By selecting the most relevant channels based on their objectives and available resources, they will be able to draw up a digital action plan and design attractive and engaging content.
They will then need to measure the impact of their actions and adjust their strategy based on key performance indicators.
