- Assisting dependent people to perform the essential acts of daily life with them
- Actively looking after babies and children in their own homes to ensure their physical and moral comfort
Integration period: Integrating your group and your training course - Taking on board the objectives of the training course and identifying your future professional environment - Working towards a qualification
Module 1 - Defining the professional framework: the personal services professions - The professional regulatory framework - The professional ethical framework
Module 2 - Knowing the activities and the hygiene and safety rules specific to the professional activity: preventing hygiene-related domestic risks - mastering food hygiene techniques - mastering hygiene techniques and rules for the living environment and linen care
Module 3 - Communicating in a professional situation : use and complete a professional document common to the team and users -Exchange information with a known interlocutor
Module 4 - Use mathematical tools -Apply logical-mathematical approaches to deal with a situation
Module 5 -Process information and produce documents using digital tools: Discovering the computer and how it works - Searching for information on the Internet (chosen occupations in personal services - Exchanging and collaborating using digital tools)
Module 6 - Mastering social and relational skills: Working in a team - Adapting one's behaviour in a situation while respecting the codes and conduct in force -Understanding the customer-supplier relationship
