The training leading to the "Découverte Métiers de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration" includes the following modules:
- Knowledge of the socio-economic environment of the hotel and catering industry
- Discovering the different professions in the hotel and catering industry
- Communicating information in French and English
- Understanding concrete situations related to the hotel and catering professions
- Developing behaviour and physical abilities related to the professions
- Refresher courses, educational support, job-seeking support
