 DCG - Diploma in Accounting and Management

  • Prepare, thanks to a multidisciplinary "licence" level training, for the different professions in accounting, management, corporate finance, management control, human resources within different types of organisations (companies, associations, public authorities...) ,
  • Acquire the skills of each Block making up the certification:
    • Block 1: Analysing current legal acts relating to the activity of an organisation
    • Block 2: Analysing the corporate framework of an economic activity from a legal perspective
    • Block 3: Monitoring client files in terms of employment law
    • Block 4: Assisting a client with tax matters
    • Block 5: Keeping the current accounts of an organisation with a view to drawing up summary documents
    • Block 6 : Analysing accounting choices for assets and liabilities
    • Block 7: Designing the tools needed to monitor the activity with a view to improving its performance
    • Block 8: Conducting the financial analysis of an economic activity
    • Block 9: Organising the structure and processing information within an organisation
    • Block 10: Analysing the economic environment of a company
    • Block 11: Identifying current management issues for all organisations
    • Block 12: Written communication in English
    • Block 13: Professional communication
    • Block 14: Written communication in a foreign language other than English (German, Spanish, Italian) - optional skill

  • Focus 1: Business law:

o UE 1 Fundamentals of law,

o UE 2 Company and business group law,

o UE 3 Employment law,

o UE 4 Tax law.


  • Focus 2: Accounting and financial management:

o UE 6 Corporate finance,

o UE 9 Accounting,

o UE 10 In-depth accounting,

o UE 11 Management control.


  • Focus 3: Economic and managerial analysis:

o UE 5 Contemporary economics,

o UE 7 Management.


  • Focus 4: Communication and the digital environment:

o UE 8 Information and management systems,

o UE 12 Business English,

o UE 13 Professional communication,

o UE 14 Modern foreign language (optional).


Validation covers 13 UEs in accordance with the reference system spread over 3 years.Depending on the site, this course is offered in 2 years after validation or lightening of certain UEs, in particular: 1, 5, 8, 9, 12 and 13, and /or obtaining a level 5 diploma.

The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

  • All audiences

This training can be offered, depending on the site, over 3 years for holders of a level 4 diploma or 2 years for trainees who have validated prior learning related to the content of the DCG. For example, the UE offered in the 1st year, or those who have obtained a BTS in accountancy and management, a DUT or BUT in business management and administration (GEA) with an option in accountancy and finance, or a professional degree in accountancy, law, management or organisational management, which give rise to exemptions from the exams.

It requires rigour, a taste for figures and analysis, method and organisational skills
