The trained professional will be able to:

- Participate in defining the establishment's commercial offer and communication
- Manage supplies and products in an eco-responsible manner
- Manage the opening and closing of the establishment
- Ensure the eco-responsible maintenance of work areas, equipment and materials
- Prepare and ensure the service of drinks and cocktails
- Welcome, advise and converse in French and English


BC01 - Organise the service and participate in defining the bar's commercial offer in a sustainable approach

- Participate in the establishment's communication in compliance with regulations
-. Participate in the creation of the commercial offer
- Enhance the commercial offer
- Participate in the management of stocks related to the bar's activity
- Carry out the opening and closing operations of the establishment
- Maintain and clean the sales outlet, equipment and materials


BC02 - Marketing, prepare and serve drinks and cocktails

- Make preliminary preparations and cocktail bases in compliance with health and safety rules
- Set up and maintain operational work areas throughout the service
- Take care of the customer in French and English
- Argue, sell and invoice in French and English depending on the commercial offer
- Make drinks and cocktails
- Serve, follow up, clear and straighten


  • Diploma from the Ministry of National Education and Youth Level 4 (Baccalauréat, BP, BT)

Total maximum duration of 455 hours, including 420 hours in a company and 875 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

Experience working in the hotel and catering sector and/or a good understanding of the job and its constraints (shifts, standing, etc.), a taste for customer relations.

BP, CAP in the sector or first general or equivalent professional experience.
