Position a part or subassembly in a cell, in relation to a reference (drilling, location) and in a three-dimensional space (in an aircraft airframe)
Perform drilling, drilling and countersinking on an assembly for all fasteners
Adjust the spans of a component on a structure in three planes (e.g. corner of a trunk, fishplate)
Make an assembly using fasteners (hammered rivets, pull rivets, screw/nut, crimped fasteners, etc.)
Remove a fastener (rivet, crimped fastener) according to procedure; Make interpositions between parts (glue, mastic, resin, fileralu, ...Performing metallization to ensure electrical continuity
Performing protective touch-ups
Ensuring and maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the workstation, check the condition of tools
Perform selective sorting
Write production documents with a requirement for traceability
Gather and pass on information to an operator centre or to the hierarchy at any time during the shift

Maximum total duration of 725 hours, including 280 hours in a company and 445 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

Mastery of the basic skills of a technical trade (reading blueprints).
Level of vocational training (level 5 or 4 National Education) of industrial origin (production engineering, metal structure, industrial maintenance, mechanics...)
Motivation for the sector of activity which remains essentially based on production in closed workshops.
