The holder of this Professional Qualification Certificate is capable of:

- Independently carrying out a diagnosis on a self-propelled vehicle and on the various linking tools,
- Welcoming, advising and guiding the customer,
- Integrating NICTs into their daily professional practices,
- Adopting a participative posture as an autonomous employee,
- Following cross-disciplinary training courses to master and use the technical developments proposed by manufacturers.
