CQP PSGE - Participate in private security activities for major events

• To be familiar with the regulatory and ethical framework for the exercise of the job of security prevention officer for major events.
• Adopt the behaviours and attitudes expected in the exercise of this activity.
• Acquire the technical knowledge and know-how adapted to the missions involved in these events.
  

The CQP PSGE enables the issuing of the "surveillance of major events" professional card for sporting, recreational, cultural or economic events attended by more than 300 people (decree no. 2022-592 of 20 April 2022). In this context, the security guard holding the CQP takes part in the following missions:

• screening people (access control, security rounds)
• alerting his/her hierarchy and intervention teams
• rescuing people
• first-level intervention following a malfunction, event or incident

1. VOCATIONAL TRAINING

CQP PSGE : 106 h

Prior to the training, the SST certification is issued to the trainee.

Legal module: 16 hours

Strategic module: 25 hours

- Management of first aid

- Transmission of instructions and information

Risk management module: 13 hours

- Prevention of terrorist risks (including tactical first aid)

• All audiences

• Obligation to obtain prior authorisation issued by the CNAPS
• For non-EU or Schengen foreign nationals: valid residence permit > 5 years (taken into account when calculating receipts but not temporary residence permits ( APS)
• For all foreign nationals (except for refugees or under subsidiary protection), B3 of the criminal record of the country of birth (not the French criminal record), dated less than 3 months ago (and accompanied by a French translation) For all foreign nationals, official certificate of recognition of level B1 (RNCP title, DNB, DCL, DELF, TCF IRN, TEF, CQP APS even before it was registered on the RNCP

NB : Candidates holding the SST must nevertheless follow the entire training course (CPNEFP procedure) but will be exempted from passing the SST certification

The agent who participates in private security activities for major events to ensure the safety of people and property in public and private spaces, takes part in missions:

- screening people (access control, security rounds)

- alerting his/her hierarchy and teams

- intervening to help people

- first-level intervention following a malfunction, event or incident.

The holder of the CQP will be able to complete their training with the Titre à finalité Professionnelle - Agent de prévention et de sécurité to obtain the "surveillance and guarding" speciality

Access for people with disabilities

Experienced trainers with at least 2 years' professional experience in the field of the activity concerned or in the field of public safety, as well as a certificate of training in teaching as a trainer.

At the end of the training, successful completion of the tests leads to the award of the Professional Qualification Certificate of Major Events Security Prevention Agent issued by the prevention and security branch
