At the end of their training, trained professionals will be able to:

- choose the options and methods of intervention according to the task entrusted to them.

- intervene effectively and discreetly while respecting sustainable development and safety constraints

- interact positively with customers and users on sites where the latter are active.

- analyse and report on the quality of their service, including with customers

BC01 - Handling customer relations and passing on information relating to the window cleaning job to the hierarchy

Ensuring the cleanliness of the uniform and equipment in accordance with the standards of the profession in order to reflect a serious and professional image.
Introducing oneself and talking to any interlocutor by adopting an appropriate professional attitude.
Inform customers and users of the nature of the work, the stages, objectives and schedule planned in order to ensure that they understand how the work will be carried out.
Warn users or customers of the possible impact of the work on their safety or organisation, taking into account their constraints, particularly disability situations, to enable them to anticipate the necessary adaptations.

BC02 - Organisational and operational preparation of the window cleaning job(s)

Plan the job(s) in accordance with hierarchical directives, taking into account work orders, deadlines, weather conditions and geographical distances
Carry out an inventory of the surfaces to be cleaned to assess the nature and extent of the soiling, check the feasibility of the job and alert the hierarchy in the event of deviations.
Select equipment, safety equipment by checking their condition and availability, in order to guarantee compliant and safe work.
Secure the work area using appropriate signage in accordance with regulations
Set up the workstation in accordance with safety instructions and ergonomic rules, protecting the premises and property
Ensure, before the site starts, that all safety conditions are met to guarantee the protection of staff and users.

BC03 - Performing professional window-washing techniques

Cleaning windows using so-called "French", "American" or "pole" techniques, complying with protocols, hygiene, safety and MSD prevention rules, in order to obtain a result without streaks or runs.
Check the condition and operation of the PIRL in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions to ensure it is used safely.
Install the PIRL within the safety perimeter in accordance with the technical instructions.
Using the PIRL, applying the appropriate gestures and postures.
Restoring the site after the work and returning the premises to their original state.
Checking the quality of the service, correcting any non-conformities and ensuring the routine maintenance of the equipment.
Accurately completing the end-of-site forms, indicating the times, consumption and anomalies noted in order to pass on the information to the hierarchy for monitoring, invoicing and continuous improvement.
