The assembler fitter carries out the assembly of metallic and/or composite and/or hybrid components of aircraft structures in accordance with work instructions and with the support of technical documents.
The holder of this CQP is able to carry out the following operations:
- Preparing the assembly of aircraft structures
- Fitting and assembling the part for its integration within the aircraft structure
- Implementing processes to protect aircraft structures
- Minor repairs to a component of aircraft structures
BC01 - Preparing the assembly of aircraft structures
1. Check the supply of equipment, tools, components required for mechanical element assembly operations
2. Adjust the spans of a component on a structure according to one or more plans
3. Fit and position the parts or sub-assemblies to be assembled
BC02 - Fitting and assembling the part for integration into the aircraft structure
1. Carry out machining by material removal on a metal and/or composite and/or hybrid assembly
2. Carry out an assembly by riveting and fitting fasteners and/or by gluing
BC03 - The implementation of protection processes for aircraft structures
1. Carry out finishing and metallising operations
2. Apply interposition and/or sealing products
BC04 - Minor repair on a component of aircraft structures
1. Remove a component from a mechanical assembly
2. Repair dents and scratches and/or cosmetic repairs

Mastery of the basic skills of a technical trade (reading blueprints).
Level of vocational training (level 5 or 4 National Education) of industrial origin (production engineering, metal structure, industrial maintenance, mechanics...)
