• Fully classroom-based training

The training takes place in person at the centre, which provides the ideal setting for building group dynamics, encouraging interactive discussions between trainees and making use of professional equipment.

The trainers and lecturers are experienced in the field of socio-cultural activities (minimum 3 years' experience). Trainers have a minimum level II qualification (bachelor's degree, professional bachelor's degree, master's degree) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in continuing education and/or in the professional field taught.

The holder of the diploma may work in:

. Associations: leisure centres, neighbourhood associations, social centres, youth and cultural centres, sports clubs

. Local authorities (town halls, communities of communes) with responsibility for sport, events or youth

. Holiday villages or leisure centres
