The AFEST (Action de Formation en Situation de Travail) is a fast-developing method, recognised for its ability to link training and real professional activity.
The training equips you to effectively design, pilot and support this approach within a variety of organisations.
Professionalizing and contextualized approach
Each participant designs an individualized AFEST project that is contextualized to the needs of his or her company or structure.
It encourages anchoring in the field through concrete productions (notes, repositories, learning work situations, assessments...).
