 Advising and supporting the implementation of an AFEST project

General objective:

To develop skills in training engineering, support project management specifically on the Action de Formation en Situation de Travail (AFEST) teaching method.

Pedagogical objectives:

- Produce an opportunity note setting out the company's skills needs and challenges as well as its HR constraints and practices

- Write a framework note presenting the feasibility of the project at operational level

- Design an individualised AFEST pathway contextualised to the company's needs (choice of learning situations, educational progression and planning)

- Support follow-up and implementation (traceability)

- Measure and formalise results and impacts


Module 1: Introduction and conceptual framework of the AFEST

- Presentation of the AFEST

- Diagnosis of the company's needs and challenges

- Elements of an opportunity note

Module 2: Feasibility and structuring of an AFEST project

- Feasibility analysis (available human, material and organisational resources)

- Formalisation of performance indicators

- Financial and operational set-up

Module 3: Designing the pathway and implementing teaching sequences

- Drawing up a professional activity reference framework (job analysis)

- Identifying and developing learning work situations

- Teaching progression and implementing the pathway's multimodality

- Supporting reflexivity

- Assessing skills

Module 4: Supporting and monitoring the implementation of an AFEST

- Methods of monitoring, planning and tracing the course (PIF)

- Training tutors/trainers

Module 5: Formalising the results and impact of an AFEST

- Methods and tools for measuring the impact of an AFEST
