This training should enable participants to acquire the following skills:
-Clarifying and identifying the notion of abuse and good treatment
-Knowing and appropriating the approach to good treatment of the person in care
-Being part of the overall care of the patient in a facility
-Retecting and preventing abuse in its various forms and manifestations
-Knowing the notion of quality of life in residential stays
-Inscribing their day-to-day work and their relationship with the patient in the good treatment approach.

- The "patient-healthcare professional establishment" relationship: the interpersonal relationship
- Notion of quality of life in an establishment: needs and expectations of the person being cared for
- Identifying the different forms of non- benevolent treatment
- Setting up the conditions for prevention: Assessment of potential risks
- Benevolence and its applications in daily practice
- Benevolence in the relationship with the patient's family, the relationship with other professionals
- Concept of bientraitance: positive relationship: notion of well-being in illness and care
- Promotion of bientraitance: references and charters, quality approach
- Methods and analyses of good practice in bientraitance.
Caregivers working in institutions (nurses, care assistants) and staff in other paramedical categories.
Employees in the home help sector.

Positioning upstream of training entry.
Interviews, remediation with the educational referent and/or company referent during training.
Taking account of beneficiary satisfaction during and at the end of training.

For beneficiaries with disabilities: possible adaptation of training and certification arrangements, support by the TH referent.
