- Identify the different types of disability and associated disorders
- Better situate themselves in the relationship with the person being cared for and improve their communication.

- What are our prejudices, our representations of disability? How can we act and react accordingly?
- The characteristics of the different types of disability
- Associated disorders and impairments
- Multiple disabilities
- Elderly people and disability: impairments due to ageing
- How to work with an accompanied disabled person
- How to communicate?
- What to do in a critical situation
- Common appliances that can be used in the person's home.

Positioning upstream of training entry.
Taking account of beneficiary satisfaction during and at the end of training.
Possibility of post-training support.
For beneficiaries with disabilities: possible adaptation of training and certification arrangements, support by the TH referent.
EN-certified teachers, Bac +3 trainers with significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers
Trainers experienced in individualising learning.
