- Better situate themselves in the relationship with the person being cared for and improve their communication.

- The characteristics of the different types of disability
- Associated disorders and impairments
- Multiple disabilities
- Elderly people and disability: impairments due to ageing
- How to work with an accompanied disabled person
- How to communicate?
- What to do in a critical situation
- Common appliances that can be used in the person's home.
Employees working in the home help sector, in specialised care establishments

Beneficiaries' satisfaction is taken into account during and at the end of training.
Interviews, remediation with the educational referent and/or the company referent during training.
For beneficiaries with disabilities: possible adaptation of training and certification methods, support by the GRETA-CFA TH referent.
Trainers with 3 years' higher education and significant experience in adult training, professional lecturers: qualified nurse.
