- Check the feasibility of their professional project idea in terms of suitability to their profile, access to employment, training, or/and business creation

- Define the step-by-step action plan and alternative scenarios

- An alternation of individualised research work, reflective analysis and support from the advisor to put it into action.

Provisional total duration of 11 hours:

- diagnostic interview 1 (1h)

- coaching interview 2 (2h)

- guided personal approaches 1 (2h)

- coaching interview 3 (2h)

- guided personal approaches 2 (2h)

- summary interview 4 (2h)

- support the search for information (documents, surveys of professionals, consultation of job offers, training organisations, etc.)

- compare the information gathered on the project with the beneficiary's profile to check compatibility

- list the actions to be taken to achieve the objective set (timeframe, type of steps, contacts, etc.)

Positioning upstream of entry into training.

Interviews, remediation with the educational referent during training.

Taking into account the satisfaction of beneficiaries during and at the end of training.

For beneficiaries with disabilities: possible adaptation of training and certification methods, support by the TH referent.

Certified occupational psychologist counsellors, coaches/trainers, Bac +3, with significant experience in adult training, in the individualisation of learning, professional speakers, experts in the observation and analysis of results (mastery of skills).
