The business - 7 hours: The operating cycle; Business activity

Purchasing and stock-keeping - 42 hours: Searching for a supplier; Ordering, receiving orders, delivery; Supplier invoicing; Administrative stock-keeping

Sales - 28 hours: Sales-related operations (delivery notes, invoices, statements, VAT ..); Sales administration (quotations, proforma invoices)

Treasury operations - 21 hours: Cash settlements; Credit settlements; Collections
