Faced with the social and economic challenges represented by the development of employee diversity and the fight against discrimination, the aims of this training course are to understand discriminatory phenomena in order to measure their effects and risks, to understand the challenges of a public anti-discrimination policy, and to identify areas for improvement in one's professional practice
