- To design, implement and/or manage training programmes to meet all types of expressed or emerging needs.
- To manage the monitoring, design, management, implementation and evaluation of training programmes and their transfer to other contexts or other users.
- To design these activities using innovative and/or tried and tested teaching approaches and tools.
- To contribute to the development of markets and the long-term future of the organisation.

- Block 1: Advising, supporting in skills development

M11 Analysing the skills development needs of a function linked to an organisation and/or a person

M12 Implementing skills development advice for a function linked to an organisation and/or a person

M13 Taking into account the Forward-looking Jobs and Skills Management and HR Management policies. of a work organisation to carry out skills development consultancy

M14 Mobilise the regulatory and legal framework of vocational training in skills development consultancy

M15 Mobilise public employment and training policies in skills development consultancy

M16 Use a methodology and adapt a consultancy or support posture in skills development

- Block 2: Analyse a need and build an innovative training offer

M21 Analyse a training request

M22 Study the opportunity and feasibility of a training project in a given context

M23 Integrate innovation into the training project

M24 Design a training response integrating the multimodal approach

M25 Developing training proposals using the skills-based approach

M26 Designing training incorporating work-study and AFEST (On-the-job Training)

  • Approved title
Total maximum duration of 385 hours, including 105 hours in a company and 280 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

Anyone with professional experience who has passed the pre-training assessment. Proficiency in office automation, oral and written expression. Experience in the field of training appreciated.
