At the end of their training, the trained professional will put their skills to work for a company or agency with the aim of anchoring and developing commercial activity qualitatively and quantitatively.

He will then be able to:

The fundamentals of SMO (Social Media optimisation):

- The fundamentals of Community Management

- Social media marketing strategy: engagement on different social networks and performance measurement

- Customer Advocacy: exploiting online customer reviews to convert them into marketing assets

- Social media in B to B: exploration, opportunities, use.

Writing and producing content for the web:

- Writing for web social networks: characteristics, syntax, impact

Optimising the various SMO levers:

- Developing your brand on LinkedIn

- Brand strategy and business on Facebook

- Running a Twitter account

- Opportunities offered by Snapchat, developing brand presence

- Gaining impact with Instagram, managing performance

- Renewing customer relations through Messaging and chatbots

- Broadcast strategies and conditions in Video marketing

- Broadcasting YouTube : strategy, budget , performance

Analysis of web marketing data and performance:

- Google Analytics: analysing a web audience and building reports and monitoring activity

Total maximum duration of 622 hours, including 105 hours in a company and 517 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

Good reading and writing skills, an interest in analysing communication situations and the issues involved, an interest in communicating via social networks, a taste for exchanging ideas and customer relations.
