At the end of the training course, the learner will be able to:
Identify the components of professional communication (verbal, para-verbal, non-verbal).
Practise active listening and reformulation to limit misunderstandings.
Adapting your language and posture to suit the person you are talking to (colleague, hierarchy, customer).
The training consists of several modules:
1: Exchange fundamentals
Welcome and tour de table: "Your day-to-day communication challenges".
Thematic: The pattern of communication and the noises (filters) that disrupt the message.
Launch of the e-learning course.
2: Relationship Tools
Module 1: The "3V" rule (Verbal, Vocal, Visual) and the importance of first impressions.
Module 2 : Active listening: knowing how to be silent for better understanding.
Module 3: Assertiveness: daring to say things without being aggressive or passive.
Module 4: Netiquette and the telephone: communicating well via digital tools.
3 : Practice & Debriefing
Role-playing: Simulations of everyday situations (asking for help, reporting a delay, presenting a project).
Debriefing: Analysis of behaviour and adjustments by the trainer. -
Evaluation: Final quiz to validate professional reflexes.
