- Managing the "tasks" and "notes" functions: Creating and managing a task; Managing and displaying notes
- Finding out even more: Folder management; Search folders; Managing items and categories; Customising the display; Saving an item in the diary; Customising menus; Sharing a folder
- Absence management.
Assessment criteria
- Successful connection and disconnection to a mailbox. The different folders in a mailbox are identified and explained (messages sent, received, deleted, outbox, drafts, junk mail...).
- The search for contacts and creation of a new contact is effective.
- The email or attached document is opened, read and then closed.
- A new message or a reply to a message is sent to one or more recipients. The body of the message is entered correctly.
- The attachment received is opened correctly and the location of the attachment is located. It is inserted correctly in the message.

Reading, writing and arithmetic. The areas of skills acquired are validated during the prior assessment and are capitalised on with a view to the Socle de Connaissances et de Compétences Professionnelles certification. A period of 5 years is allowed between the prior assessment of the skills acquired and the appearance before the certification panel.

Expert assessors in the observation and analysis of results (mastery of skills).
Registration pack to be collected from GRETA-CFA, placement test and interview by appointment.
