The audiovisual project manager is required to manage one or more audiovisual production projects, whether for film, television or digital.
At the end of the course, the holder of this certification will be able to:
- manage material, human, technical and financial resources, in a transmedia, transdisciplinary approach and a co-production logic according to a pre-established schedule
- manage and monitor production through to post-production
- guarantee the quality of production and its delivery on time and within budget
- ensure eco-responsible management of each audiovisual project undertaken

Analysing the audiovisual production project on the basis of a script, a note of intent or a synopsis.
Studying the competitive environment.
Determining the visual and sound identity of the project.
Reconsidering the material, human and financial resources to be mobilised.
Drawing up the project specifications within the allocated budget.
Organising the broadcasting of the audiovisual project in compliance with intellectual property rights, selecting suitable channels taking into account accessibility rules and the carbon footprint generated, and ensuring compliance with audiovisual broadcasting regulations.
RNCP39107BC02 - Conduct a responsible audiovisual production
Identify suitable funding by consulting the various public and private bodies.
Organise the location scouting and initiate the filming permit application process.
Develop the shooting work plan by carrying out the technical breakdown of the sequences.
Contribute to reducing the environmental footprint by appointing an eco-production referent to participate in the ecological transition (responsible purchasing, waste management, modes of transport ....)
Coordinate the accounting and financial management of the audiovisual production.
RNCP39107BC03 - Manage the technical and artistic teams of the responsible audiovisual project
Draft the employment and/or service contracts for the teams in compliance with employment law and collective agreements.
Piloting the organisation and preparation of the filming of sequences.
Supervising the progress of the project to guarantee delivery of the project on time and within budget.
Monitoring compliance with health, safety and accessibility regulations for filming locations.
RNCP39107BC04 - Carry out responsible audiovisual post-production
Identify sequences to be kept with the editing team.
Carry out audiovisual and sound processing by carrying out colour grading, mixing and editing using sound and image software and techniques.
Control the quality of the final production in order to deliver the PAD.
Adapt the communication elements with regard to the intended targets.
Prepare the financial and legal balance sheet and calculate the project's carbon footprint.
Perform the steps required to market the audiovisual project by drafting the documents required by the various bodies to obtain the necessary authorisations for its exploitation and broadcast.

Hold a level 5 qualification in the field of audiovisual, cinema or similar
Hold a level 6 qualification, and/or have completed 3 years of higher education, in the field of information or communication.
Have completed a period of activity in a company (work placement, apprenticeship, period of professionalisation) lasting a minimum of 130 days.
Parallel admissions possible on the basis of a portfolio review (academic background and professional experience gained).
